Moorlands moves to Group services
![]() Bob Duncalf has recently retired after many years of service to Moorlands Housing and the people of Staffordshire Moorlands. Bob Duncalf’s dedication to Moorlands Housing, its tenants and staff is widely appreciated and we wish him all the best for the future. Moorlands Housing no longer has a managing director and instead Paul Seymour has joined Moorlands Housing as a director. Paul joins Moorlands Housing from Harvest Housing Group, and has worked in housing for 14 years. Originally starting as a trainee Housing Officer, Paul has worked his way up to the position of Director. Paul is passionate about Customer Involvement and is delighted to be joining Moorlands Housing, which has a strong tradition of customer and resident involvement. When not at work, Paul is enjoying spending time with his family and watching rugby and football. ‘I know that I have a tough act to follow, Bob worked tirelessly for Moorlands and I promise my commitment to Moorlands Housing staff, board and customers. From April, Moorlands customers will benefit from additional services such as being able to contact the office in the evening and on Saturdays.
